Tour Itinerary

Our private 4-Day Tour from Tangier to Marrakech via Merzouga begins with a convenient hotel pick-up. We’ll head straight to Chefchaouen, known as the “blue pearl of the north.” You’ll be captivated by the charm of its narrow streets adorned with lush green plants and vibrant red roses. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the tranquil river and savor a refreshing mint tea in the lively Plaza Uta el Hamam. After lunch, we’ll continue our journey to Fes for an overnight stay, allowing you to rest and prepare for our Sahara adventure.

After a hearty breakfast, we set off toward our primary destination, the Merzouga Sahara Desert. Our route takes us through the stunning High and Middle Atlas Mountains, offering breathtaking views. We’ll stop in Ifrane, often referred to as “Morocco’s Little Switzerland,” and continue through Azrou, the Ziz Valley, and Midelt, with a brief visit to Erfoud to see fossils. Upon reaching Merzouga, we’ll embark on a memorable camel ride into the desert. After a delightful dinner and an evening of Berber music, you’ll spend the night in a desert camp under a star-filled sky.

Our adventure continues as we rise early to witness the stunning sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga. Following a camel ride back to the village, we’ll drive to Rissani and explore Tafilalet, the historical home of the Alaouite dynasty. We’ll then visit the spectacular Todra Gorges before heading to the Dades Valley, where you’ll enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation in a charming riad.

After breakfast, we’ll explore the scenic Valley of Roses and visit Skoura. A stop at a movie studio in Ouarzazate will offer a glimpse into Morocco’s cinematic history. Continuing on, we’ll arrive at Ait Ben Haddou, renowned for its stunning kasbahs and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. We’ll cross the Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass, enjoying panoramic views along the way, before arriving at your accommodation in Marrakech.
