Tour Itinerary

You will meet your guide at the Port or Airport to begin your 10 Days Morocco Trip from Tangier to Marrakech. You will head toward Chefchaouen, passing through the stunning Rif Mountains and enjoying the scenic views along the way. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, you’ll have a free afternoon to explore the enchanting blue-and-white medina. Overnight stay in a local Riad or Hotel.

Today, after breakfast, we will depart for Fez, passing through scenic villages in the Rif Mountains. Our first stop will be at Volubilis, an impressive archaeological site featuring some of the best-preserved Roman ruins in northern Africa and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1997. Next, we’ll head to Meknes, where we will visit the famous Bab el-Mansour gate and the Tomb of Moulay Ismail. After lunch, we’ll continue to Fez for an overnight stay in a charming Riad in the heart of the Medina.

Today, we will explore the oldest city in Morocco, Fez, with a knowledgeable local guide. We’ll walk through its narrow alleys and bustling streets, visiting historical landmarks such as the Royal Palace gate and the Jewish Quarter. We’ll also visit the famous Al Karaouine University, known as the oldest continuously operating university in the world, the traditional Tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and the sacred Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. After a full day of discovery, we’ll stay overnight in a charming Riad within the medina.

We depart from Fes early, traveling through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop will be at the Cedar Forest in Azrou, where we can see the famous Barbary apes. Continuing through Midelt, we’ll have lunch in this town known for its apple orchards before driving past scenic kasbahs and the Ziz Valley. We’ll arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert, where you can enjoy a sunset camel ride into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Overnight in a desert camp under the stars.

After breakfast, we will explore the surrounding area of Merzouga, visiting nomadic Berber villages and the Khamlia village, known for its Gnaoua music. In the late afternoon, we embark on a camel trek into the desert for another mesmerizing sunset. Tonight, we will stay in a traditional desert camp, enjoying Berber music around the campfire and a delicious dinner

We’ll start our journey towards Dades Valley, passing through the ancient city of Rissani and stopping at Jerf to see the old irrigation system. Afterward, we’ll head to the breathtaking Todgha Gorges, where the towering cliffs make for a dramatic and stunning landscape. After a hike in the gorges, we continue to Dades Valley, where we spend the night in a traditional guesthouse.

Today, we will drive through the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, passing beautiful valleys and historic fortresses. We’ll visit the Skoura Oasis before arriving in Ouarzazate, also known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Here, you can explore Atlas Studios, where many famous films have been shot. Overnight in Ouarzazate.

After breakfast, we visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a stunning example of traditional Moroccan architecture. This ancient fortified village has been featured in many movies. We’ll continue our journey through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. We’ll arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon, where we’ll spend the night in a charming Riad.

Today, we will explore Marrakech with a local guide, visiting iconic places such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, and the vibrant Jemaa el-Fna square. The tour will also include a visit to the Majorelle Gardens and the souks, where you can experience the lively atmosphere of the city. Overnight in a Riad.

After breakfast, we will transfer you to the Marrakech airport for your departure, marking the end of your 10-day adventure through Morocco. Safe travels!
