Tour Itinerary

The 2-day desert tour begins with pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. We’ll travel through the scenic Tizi N Tichka pass, enjoying long-distance views of the mountains and passing traditional High Atlas Berber villages. Continuing through Tinjdad, Jerf, and Erfoud, we’ll reach the Merzouga Sahara desert, where the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet lies just 35 km from Erg Chebbi dunes. Upon arrival in Merzouga, camels will be waiting at the edge of the dunes for a serene adventure into the sand. Capture beautiful sunset photos and enjoy sandboarding before a delicious dinner. Spend the night in a Merzouga camp, experiencing Berber music under the starry sky.

After watching the sunrise over the desert, return to Merzouga on camels or via a 4×4 vehicle. After breakfast and a shower at the hotel, we’ll begin our journey back to Marrakech, passing through Berber villages like Nkoub and Agdez. The tour concludes upon arrival in Marrakech.
